Welcome to Growly! This Agreement is a legal contract between you and Growly governing your use of our services. By registering, accessing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Growly is an AI-powered parenting companion platform dedicated to helping parents and children grow together. We provide:

• Personalized learning content and programs
• Parenting guidance and educational resources
• Parent-child interactive tools and activities
• Learning progress tracking and analysis
• Community engagement and sharing features

3. Registration and Account

Using our services requires creating an account. You agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information
• Keep your account information up to date
• Maintain the security of your account and not share your login credentials
• Take responsibility for all activities conducted under your account
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account

4. User Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others
• Distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Engage in fraud, spam, or other improper commercial activity
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the services
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Our services contain content protected by intellectual property laws. You agree to:

• Respect our intellectual property rights and those of third parties
• Not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content
• Use our services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Ensure you hold all necessary rights to any content you upload
• Grant us the necessary licenses to use content you upload

6. Paid Services

We may offer premium features or services for a fee:

• Pricing and service details will be clearly disclosed before purchase
• Services take effect immediately upon payment
• WeChat Pay and Alipay purchases grant fixed-duration membership access and do not auto-renew
• Refund policies will be specified on the purchase page and in these Terms
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with advance notice

7. Refunds and Support

Refund requests are handled from Membership or order support entry points. The purchase page shows refund rules, but does not provide one-tap refunds.

• Cancelling renewal does not remove access during the already-paid billing period.
• For WeChat Pay and Alipay orders, submit a refund request with payment method, order number, and reason. We verify the order before processing.
• A successful full refund terminates the corresponding membership access. Partial or compensation refunds do not automatically terminate access.
• Duplicate payments and payment errors can be handled through support first. Abusive, repeated, or ineligible refund requests may be rejected.

8. Privacy

We value your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the services at any time (with prior notice)
• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms
• Remove content that violates these Terms
• Update service features and interface

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for:

• Service interruptions, errors, or delays
• Accuracy or reliability of user-generated content
• Any losses arising from use of the services
• Third-party content or links

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage resolution through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction where we are located.

12. Amendments to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via in-app notifications, email, or other means. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
